At J. Cole Shoes, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
